Shipping Info: Your order will typically ship out within 7 business days after it is received (for pre-orders, check the specific details for that item). We do not ship on major Japanese holidays. If you need an estimate just make an account, put something in your cart, and click "Checkout".

All orders will ship by JP Post - Small Packet (Registered)
Return Policy: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please contact us at palmsandcharms@gmail.com within the 14-day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorisation. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.

Additional exceptions to the return policy:

You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Returned items must be unused, (e.g. T-shirts unworn, and records unplayed).
Only unopened vinyl records may be returned.
Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging, such as bent corners.
